Yoga has serious benefits for everyone and anyone but especially when it comes to kids learning should be fun!!
The Om Work Guru (trained by KAY) offers children (and their parents) an opportunity to learn about relaxation while keeping them engaged with games and music. Click the video link for a preview of some of the things you will learn about with Erin.
This online class series will be an opportunity for families to participate in a class and learn about the benefits of yoga together from the comfort of your living room!
The listed price is the price per class. This will be a series of 10 classes and if you would like to register for all 10 classes you can have a discounted price of $80/10 sessions!
